WoodStar Wood Floor Polish Satin (4 Litres)

A rich satin wood floor coating with low-gloss.

An internally cross-linked, one component, water borne, commercial wood floor polish.

Directions for use: INITIAL APPLICATION ON BARE WOOD FLOOR

1. Dust mop the floor using a mop treated with EnviroStar Green Dust Mop Treatment or with an untreated dust mop and vacuum the floor to remove any excess dirt and dust.
2. Tack the floor with water or odorless mineral spirits using dust mop frame and turkish towels. Wring out towels and place on the floor. Place dust mop frame on top of towels and overlap towels over frame. Multiple towels are required for this job. When tacking, overlap each lane.
3. Apply two coats of WOODPRIME Sanding Sealer with a T-bar applicatore. Allow 1-2 hours between coats.
4. Lightly sand after each coat of sealer has dried using a 175 rpm floor machine and wood floor screens (180 grit recommended).
5. Dust mop the floor using an untreated dust mop, and vacuum the floor to remove excess dust.
6. Tack the floor again using turkish towels immersed in water from a clean mop bucket as in Step 3.
7. Apply 2 coats of WOODSTAR Satin Wood Floor Polish. Let dry for 1-2 hours between coats. The wooden floor will be fully cured in 3 days at normal temperature and humidity.

Directions for use: RECOAT APPLICATION OVER EXISTING WOODSTAR SATIN COATING

1. Dust mop the floor using an untreated dust mop.
2. Screen the floor using 175 rpm floor machine and wood floor screens. The grit of the screens depends on the condition of the floor.
3. Dust mop the floor again and vacuum to remove excess dust.
4. 4Track the floor using turkish towels immersed in water from a clean mop bucket. Wring out towels and place on the wood floor. Place dust mop frame on top of towels and overlap towels over frame. Multiple towels are required for this job. When tacking, overlap each lane.
5. Apply 1-2 coats of WOODSTAR Satin Wood Floor Polish. Allow 1-2 hours between coats. Wooden floor will be fully cured in 3 days at normal temperature and humidity.
